As a trainee, you will be a full time employee of Sankyu (S) Pte Ltd undergoing full fledged Supply Chain On-the-Job Training for 5 months. After which, if your performance is deemed to be of leadership quality, you will be selected for the Supply Chain Leadership Management Certification where the company will groom you to become the successor of our middle management.
Listed below are the roles you will be starting off as:
Customer Service Officer
1) Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules
2) Prepare and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery
3) Assist & update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules
4) Liaise with warehouse for shipments
5) Prepare monthly reports for KPI
6) Possesses basic shipping & warehousing knowledge
7) Good interpersonal skill & customer service oriented
1) To lead a team of warehouse assistant in warehousing and daily operations.
2) Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
3) Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
4) Plan warehouse operations
5) Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count.
6) Any other ad hoc duties assigned
